Thank you to all of the parents, friends, and other family members that attended the Learn To Row experience on Saturday, September 24! It was a beautiful Fall day as our SHS Boys and Girls Crew teams taught the attendees the techniques and skills of rowing. The day began with Coaches Pam, Russ, Deb, and Mo laying the ground rules of rowing and warming up the group. After that, each attendee spent some time on the erg learning the stroke techniques from the team members. For those daring enough, the attendees climbed into a boat and went out onto Lake Quinsagamond.
The fundraiser was very successful and will continue to support the SHS Crew teams for this season.
